Balance is the key to life
Ha
means Sun, Tha means moon, Yoga means union. With Hatha Yoga we try to
find a balance in our daily lives.
By
practicing
yoga we cultivate flexibility, vitality, concentration and an overall
sense of well-being.
Lessons
The classes comprise the following elements:
-Physical exercises (asanas)
-Breathing exercises (pranayama)
-Relaxation, concentration and meditation.
While
practicing yoga, we respect ourselves. Therefore yoga is suitable for
most of us. If you have any concerns
regarding
your physical or mental health however, please consult your doctor
first.
What you need
- an anti-slip mat and a towel or blanket; bring your
meditation cushion if you desire;
- comfortable, loose
fitting clothes (jogging suit, leggings, tee-shirt). Socks & sweater for
the relaxation period;
- please do not eat a
meal for at least one hour prior to your yoga class.
